My sincere condolences on Steve's passing. I worked with Steve when we were both serving in the Coast Guard while he was the Manager of the Prince Rupert Coast Guard base back in the late 80's. In addition I helped him many times with instructing his sea cadets in navigation. Steve was a good friend during our time in Prince Rupert and I know how much he was dedicated to being the CO of the Sea Cadet unit in Prince Rupert. Sorry to see he has left us. Regards John A.
