THANK YOU ERIC DEVLIN for those very kind words about my UNCLE HOWARD. As the last surviving NEPHEW/NIECE of HOWARD's pre-deceased brother ARTHUR CHARLES, our family wishes to extend our most sincere condolences to the members of CAPs' LEGION/MILITARY FAMILY.. While we have lost a dear uncle we realize that you folks have lost a "comrade-in-arms' with whom you enjoyed close bonds over many hardships and many years. In many ways the ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION PRESCOTT BRANCH was CAP'S first family with whom he enjoyed the closest relationships and with whom he was most comfortable and most trusting.
