I always thought of Mrs Reilly as a gentlewoman.  This is a term which isn't used much any more but I feel it was so appropriate for her.   Soft-spoken and always trying to draw the other person out to make them comfortable.   She sometimes had a mischievous glint in her eye but it was never mean-sprited.   She'll be very missed,
