Obituary for Susan Marie Mack

MACK, SUSAN MARIE (nee TRAVIS)

Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday September 29th, 2010 at the age of 54. Susan Mack beloved daughter of Theodore and the late Elaine Travis. Susan was the proud mother of Rob Travis (Tina) and cherished grandmother of Cassidy. Susan is survived by her brother David Travis (Donna) and was the beloved aunt of Kailee Travis all of Prescott.

It was Susan's request that there be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home on Monday October 4th, 2010 at 11am. Interment to follow in Maynard Cemetery county Rd 26 Maynard. For those wishing the family would appreciate Memorial Donations (by cheque only) to London Health Sciences Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the care of MACKAY Funeral Home-Prescott Chapel 416 Dibble St West Prescott, ON 613-925-3404.
