JOHNSTON, MINNIE PEARL (nee HARPER)

Peacefully at her home on Sunday February 19th, 2012 at the age of 94. Min Johnston beloved wife of the late Reid Johnston. Dear Mother of Eunice Warren (George) of Napanee, Arlene MacGillivray of Bath, Albert (Pauline) of Lacombe AB, Sandra MacFarlane (Reginald) of Prescott and Terry also of Prescott. Sadly missed by numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Sister of Gerald Harper of Oshawa. Predeceased by a son Wayne Johnston, sisters Idabelle, Pauline and brothers Earl and Harold and half-sister Stella Laporte. Also survived by a daughter in-law Jackie of Prescott and several half-sisters, half-brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St West Prescott from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Wednesday February 22nd, 2012 with funeral service in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home on Thursday February 23rd at 2 PM. Interment in the Spring at Maynard Cemetery, County Rd 26 Maynard, ON. For those wishing the family would appreciate Memorial Donations (by cheque or credit card only) to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
