RUPERT, MINNIE DORIS (nee COWAN)

Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Saturday August 11th, 2012 at the age of 83 years. Doris Rupert beloved wife of the late Allan Rupert. Dear Mother of Brian (Karina Leburn) of Brockville, Judy Fowler (Robin), David (Cindy), Marilyn Rupert-Scott (Alan) and Dean all of Prescott. Cherished Grandmother of Eric, Keith, Katie, Josh, Jessica, Rebecca, Aaron, Isaac and Great Grandmother of Elisha and Claire. Much loved sister of Muriel Moulton, Yvonne Cowan, Eileen Hunter (Ted). Predeceased by her parents James and Elsie Cowan (nee Wallace), brothers Sam, Keith, Orval, sister Golda Beckstead. Also survived by sister in-laws Jennie Rupert, Marie Cowan, Lurlene Bobics, Elaine Cowan, a dear friend Ervine MacMillan and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St., West Prescott on Wednesday August 15th, 2012 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM with funeral service at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (425 Centre St. Prescott, ON) on Thursday August 16th at 11 AM. Interment to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens (2451 County Road 15 Maitland, ON). Memorial Donations (by cheque or credit card only) to the Diabetes Association and Cancer Society.
