FORTIN, JACQUES GILBERT

Peacefully at the Wellington House Long Term Care Facility, Prescott on Friday February 17th, 2012 at the age of 89. Jacques Fortin beloved husband of Pierrette Fortin (nee Bouchard). Loving Father of Jacqueline Boisvert (Daniel), John, Linda Piscopo, Yves (Donna) and Catherine (Joe). Much loved Grandfather of Brigitte, Louanne, Jeffrey, Jean Paul and Great Grandfather of two. Brother of Gilles (Suzanne). Predeceased by a sister Denise and by a daughter in-law Cecile.

A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at a later date. Memorial Donations (by cheque or credit card only) are being directed to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St. West Prescott (613) 925-3404
