BARTON, DOROTHY (nee STEPHENSON)
Entered into rest peacefully at the Sherwood Park Manor Nursing Home Brockville, Friday December 14th, 2012 at the age of 91 years, Dorothy Barton beloved wife of the late Reid Throop. Dear Mother of Ross (Linda), Brian (Sharon), Ruth Covill (Rosie), Barry (Pam) and Joan MacIntyre (Darwin). Cherished Grandmother and Great Grandmother of numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Glen Barton and brothers Neil, Floyd, Larmour and Lonzo. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St., West Prescott on Wednesday December 19th, 2012 for 1 - 1:45 PM with funeral service in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home at 2 PM. Interment to follow at Maynard Cemetery (County Road 26 Maynard, ON). Memorial Donations (by cheque only) to the Maynard United Pentecostal Church will be gratefully appreciated.
