BYRD, MARGARET "PEGGY" (nee BLAD)

It is with great sadness we the family of Margaret Byrd announce her untimely passing on Wednesday January 21st, 2015 at the Kingston General Hospital, she was 74 years of age. Peggy Byrd was the beloved wife of Ernest Byrd for 54 years. She is survived by her brothers and their wives Edolar (Virginia), Ross (Sandra), and Brian (Linda). Predeceased by her parents Edolar and Eva Blad, her sisters Carole Bird, Harriet Joyce, Doris Couperus and Karen Bukovac. Also left to mourn her loss are numerous nieces, nephews cousins and extended family.

It was Peggy's wish that there be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday January 28th, 2015 at 1:30 PM in Roselawn Memorial Gardens (2451 County Road #15 Maitland, ON.
