ALLABY, GAIL MARIE (nee LACKIE)
At the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site, on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 with her daughter Lynn and sister Rena at her side, Gail Allaby peacefully entered into rest, she was 67 years old. Gail Allaby beloved wife of the late Edwin (Eddy) Allaby. Dear Mother of Lynn Allaby (Mike MacKay) and much loved Grandmother of Cameron, Ethan and Kaleb MacKay. Survived by her good friend and partner James Flynn. She was the dear sister of Elaine Deschambault (Phil), Lorna Lackie, Rena Bradley (Keith) and Neil Lackie (Kimberly). Gail was predeceased by her parents Eldon and Jean Lackie. Also survived by sisters in-law Caroline, Josie, Shirley, Audrey, Marg (Louis) and brother in-law Dillwin and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and great nephews. She was a member of the Victoria United Church. Gail will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Family and friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St., West Prescott on Wednesday May 11, 2016 from 11 am - 12:45 pm with funeral service following in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home at 1:00 PM . Interment to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens 2451 Cnty Rd. 15 Maitland, ON.
