Dear Rob: I am sorry to hear about your mother’s passing; my condolences to you and your family. Our parents are the constant in our lives and their passing leaves an immediate void and tremendous sadness. However, from this sadness emerges a string of pleasant memories and reflections. They have left us with many gifts, which we draw upon every day for comfort, strength and pleasure.
