Condolence: It's been many years since I've seen Uncle Jack. But he always brought happiness to my Mom (his sister Isabelle) when she visited with him and his family. He put many a smile on her face with his stories!

Condolence: Kenny, Diana, Liz, and the boys

Jack and Laurie were a duo, and while it seemed they would live forever, we knew better. Now they are together again.

They took us in, and adopted and loved us as family. They were very special people in our lives and made our time in Prescott more like home in Nova Scotia. Our kids really miss their Nana and Grampie Beck

Jack, always busy, full of life, with a twinkle in his eye, and a quick come-back to keep you on your toes. I was quickly reminded of that when we visited him late last summer. I told him I was turning 50, and he quickly quipped "oh, you look more like 65!" I will surely miss that quick wit more than you know!

When he spoke to me about each of you, he did so with humour and pride. Know that he loved you and was proud of you all, in his own way.

I am so sorry we could not be there with all of you in person. Circumstances here in Nova Scotia make that difficult at this time. Know that we are with you in spirit, and love you all very much.
