On Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 at Mayfield Retirement Residence, Prescott, Gladys Somerville entered into rest at the age of 99 years. Gladys Somerville beloved wife of the late Robert Somerville and the late Valmer Arcand. Dear Mother of Beverly Spychi and Irvin Arcand (Patty) . Cherished Grandmother of Sherry, Laura, Rachel, Matthew, Jason, Nathan, Ashley and Jessica. She was Great Grandmother to Sarah, Haley, Taylar, Hayden, Lucas, Sam, Isaac, MacKenzie and Duncan and Great Great Grandmother of Ryder and Emmy. Gladys was predeceased by her parents William and Sarah Wilson, a son Steve Arcand, a son in law Alvin Spychi and by one sister and six brothers. She is survived by dear friends Sharon, Nellie, Laura and several nieces and nephews.
Gladys' life revolved around her family and friends. Her devotion to them was unconditional and she loved them dearly. She will be forever missed and in our thoughts till we meet again.
