On Thursday, August 18th, 2022 at the Brockville General Hospital, Russel Clare entered into rest, at the age of 65 years. Russell Clare beloved husband of Lorna Clare (nee Toupin). Dear father of Sean Toupin (Andreé), Carol Meeks (Matthew) and Geoffrey Clare. Cherished Grandfather of Isaiah, Maiah, Benjamin, Alexander, Jonah, Christian, Joseph and Maximus. Brother of John, Gladys, Robert, Kathy, Troy, and Karen. He was predeceased by his parents William and Leona Clare and by a brother Rodney. Russell is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
