On Thursday August 8th, 2019 at Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site Dorothy Witcher entered into rest at the age of 99 years. Dorothy Witcher beloved wife of the late Fred Witcher. Dear Mother of Kenneth (Susan), Gary,Wendy Shanahan. Cherished Grandmother of Justin, Margo, Grady, Dustin and Great Granddaughter Sophia Jean. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents John and Eliza Snape and four brothers. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
