LAKE, ANN ELIZABETH
In her 62nd year surrounded by her family on Friday July 21, 2017 at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St. Site Ann Lake peacefully entered into rest. Predeceased by her loving grandparents Jacob & Ella May Johnston, Mother Verna, her cousin Brain, and niece Hannah. Ann is survived by her sisters Irene, Verna (Neil), Debbie (Mike), Aunt Edna, cousins Garnet and Terry, nieces and nephews Connie (Joe), Robert (Michelle), Jason (Cindy), Jessica (Tanner), Daniel and Michael.

In keeping with Ann's wishes there will be no public visitation or service. A Private Family Graveside Service will take place in Blue Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, light a memorial candle, place a donation to the S.P.C.A. or share a special memory of Ann at www.mackayfuneralhome.com
