LATON, J. ROBERT "BOB"
On Friday May 26th, 2017 at Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site, Bob Laton peacefully entered into rest in his 92nd year. Bob Laton beloved husband of Marion Laton (nee Stafford) for 57 years. Dear Father of Chris (Marilyn), Cheryl Bernier (Paul), and Brent (Janet). Bob was the Cherished Grandfather of Shane, Chad, Jonathan, Jordan, Maggie and Kate. He is survived by a sister Kaye Newton and a brother Alex Laton and predeceased by parents Frederick and Cecilia Laton (nee Bruyea) and his siblings; Mary Collins (Leo), Joseph Laton (Dorothy), Elizabeth Collins (Gerald), Estella Boulton (Richard), Charles Laton, Pauline Ketcheson (Douglas), and Gerard Laton and brother in law Ted Newton. He is survived by Marion’s siblings, Donald Stafford (the late Bette), Lawrence Stafford (Faye), Susan Stafford (the late Robert) and by Marion’s sister in-law Kathleen Stafford, and brother in-law Maurice Young. Bob is predeceased by Marion’s siblings Mae Young, Elmer Stafford, Herbert Stafford, Wilfred Stafford (Ann), Edith Tanner (Elwood), and Robert Stafford. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Church 160 Dibble St. West Prescott Wednesday May 31st, 2017 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in St. Mark Catholic Cemetery Development Drive. In lieu of flowers, light a memorial candle, place a donation to St. Mark Catholic Church or B.D.H.F.
