On Thursday, July 7th, 2016 at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site Charles Kerr peacefully entered into rest at the age of 89 years. Charles Kerr beloved husband of the late Regina "Jean" Kerr (nee Coates). Dear Father of Debbie Merkley, Sue McDiarmid, Donna Kerr, and John Kerr. Much loved Grandfather of Niki, Becky, Stewart, Jessica, Mirandi, and Great Grandfather of Abby and Brynn. Charles was predeceased by a sister Linda Kerr and a son In-law Dick McDiarmid. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
