Condolence: To the Madden Family,

This news just breaks my heart. I worked with Charlene for the last 20 years first with American Express and then when she moved to Oberthur Technologies. I loved her no nonsense approach to problem solving and she was a trusted and valued not only business colleague but a friend as well. The thing I loved the most about Charlene is that while we would argue and duke it out over business problems, we also spent an equal amount of time on the phone just catching up on how are families were doing. She perked right up when she told me stories of how Steve and the boys were doing and a whole other world opened up when she became a grandmother -- her heart was just bursting with joy when she spoke of them!

Rest in peace my friend, the world is a better place because of the time you spent here with us.
