BEATTY, MARGARET (PEGGY)

On Tuesday January 20th, 2015 while a patient at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Margaret Beatty peacefully entered into rest in her ninetieth year. Peggy was the dearly loved wife of the late Richard (Dick) Beatty of Prescott, Cherished Mother of Richard (Elizabeth), Helen (late Ed), Susan (Jim), Lisa, and Robert (Mary Beth). Treasured Grandmother to Sarah, Ross, Laura, Robin, Heather, Andrew, Nicholas, Dixon and special Great Grandmother to Lindsay, Logan, Cohen, Clark, Carsen and Alexandra. Peggy was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Margaret Armstrong (nee Riddell) and her younger siblings, Mary, Clarke, Jack, Kaye, Gary and Roger. She will be fondly remembered by sister in-law Freida Armstrong and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call at the MACKAY Funeral Home 416 Dibble St. West Prescott on Monday January 26th, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM with funeral service in the Prescott Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday January 27th at 11 AM. Interment to take place in the spring in Prescott Cemetery.
